'thing'
Lilah has loved brown blankie for a while now. She can't sleep without him....or without holding on to her 'thing' (the tag). here is proof.
There have even been nights where she has woken up crying and saying that she can't find her thing! oh...the simple things!

Beautiful Day
Yesterday, Lilah and mommy spent a lot of time outside. She requested a bike ride, and I was all for it! Her bike needs to be adjusted, but there was not time for that! ....and let's hope this girl's love for her helmet continues when she is older. :)
She also spent some time 'ice skating' in a little frozen puddle in the neighbor's yard. I think she is getting ready for our March 3 trip to Disney on Ice.

one busy girl!
This was lilah at 8:15 on Saturday night. She wanted to sit on the couch and read....and here is what I saw when I went to check on her:
We usually have to fight her to go to sleep. Why was she so tired??
Our day started out with a gymnastics class at Perpetual Motion in Blaine, which she LOVED! I must admit, I DID TOO! She spent most of the time on the trampoline and in the foam pit, but also tried out the beam and the bars. At the end of the class, the instructor put out scarves and the kids were to take one for an activity. The scarves on the floor were not good enough for Lilah, she spotted a green polka-dot one in the basket the instructor had put up on the shelf. She ran over and as she pulled it out of the basket, the whole thing spilled. She is one girl that knows what she wants and goes for it! ....or wait, maybe it is because she is the only child and thinks that everything is hers...:)
We then headed to Lee's grandparents house to celebrate Grandpa Harlow's birthday. There was way too much going on to take a nap. :) Even on the way out to Glencoe (when she usually dozes off for most of the trip), Auntie Tracy and Lilah had some pretty intense conversations. There was also no shortage of sugar and attention!
